HOW CAN I BE A PART OF A “FACEBOOK LIVE OPENING”?

To participate in a “Live Opening” just go to out “Product Page” and select “Oyster Live Show”, then all you need to do is select the date and how many oysters you want to open! Every live show is limited to a certain number of oysters opened that night, so if you want to open get them while you can!

DO I HAVE TO BUY JEWELRY TO OPEN AN OYSTER?

No, you can purchase all individually.

WHAT IS A TRAY?

A tray is buy 5 oysters get the 6th for free! Please visit our products page for pricing.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

For pearls, cages, oysters to go, and finished jewelry it takes about 5 business days. If you are having jewelry set, please give and extra 3 business days to complete.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE OYSTER I OPEN DOESN’T HAVE A PEARL?

We are guaranteed pearls in our oysters, but if there is not a pearl in your oyster we will simply open another.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PEARL/PENDANT?

Put your pearl jewelry on after getting ready and before showering. Pearls are vulnerable to the chemicals in cosmetics hairspray, and perfume. Dress, apply makeup and do hair before putting on your pearl jewelry. Do not wear pearl rings when working with your hands in rough situations. Clean pearl jewelry with a mild soap and a soft brush. (Do not use hard bristle brushes or it could scratch your pearl. Do not use harsh cleaner or chemicals on your pearls, it could ruin the luster of your pearl.) Gently clean your pearl jewelry with the mild soap and soft brush, thoroughly rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry with a soft cloth. (Do not let water sit on pearls surface, it could ruin luster.)

CAN I EAT THE OYSTER?

DO NOT eat any of the oyster contents. It is not safe for consumption by humans or pets. Pearls Night Out LLC is not liable for any injury during the “Oyster at Home” or “Pearl of The Month Club™” process.

HOW DO I CANCEL “PEARL OF THE MONTH CLUB™”?

Please contact via email at least 2 weeks prior to your monthly shipment to cancel.
